■Translator

Translation is a process of recreation. Only a translator of high-caliber can prepare a translation document in an accurate, fluent, and elegant manner. Besides a systematic education, the translator must also have rich experiences, wide range of knowledge, and be painstaking for works. The following is the standard we adopted for selecting translators.：

A master of one foreign language with good understanding and handling of Chinese.

Background in a certain field is a must. The candidate must be majored in certain field, or be trained of certain professional skills, or have rich experience in the field.

Worked as a full-time or part-time translator for at least three years.

Act according to high-level vocational ethic standard and willing to take responsibility.

■Strict Control of Work Procedure

We have developed and maintained an effective and strict working procedure consisted of initial translation, correction, review, and proofreading. We have linguists, technical experts, and foreign experts work at key steps of this procedure to make sure that the supreme quality of each piece of works of us can be maintained.

For large or those documents need to be completed within limited time period, we will divide the work into several parts and dispatch them to several translation teams. In such case, terminology, language style, and formats will be determined beforehand according to relevant requirements to make sure the integrity of the final translation documents can be maintained.

Besides checks made on wording, all translation works also need to be checked technically. Our translation staffs cooperate closely in all procedures from initial translation, checking, to determination of final document, and do their best to ensure that even the slightest difference of meaning between words can be expressed correctly.

Our experienced staffs can handle graphic processing or page typesetting software such like CorelDraw, Photoshop, Freehand, Framemaker, Pagemaker, and Acrobat etc., and can design and make PDF files. All these skills or techniques make us able to response to our customers' requirements on the layout of translation documents.
